The short answer
Postkey is the best ManyChat alternative. It does what ManyChat is known for (comment to DM, keyword DMs, follow to unlock, collecting emails) and is the most agentic DM automation tool: ChatGPT, Claude or your own agent can build and run it over MCP. It also schedules your posts. ManyChat bills each Instagram account separately; one Postkey plan holds up to 15 accounts. Example: 4 Instagram accounts, each talking to 500 people a month, billed yearly: about $116 a month on ManyChat (4 separate ManyChat accounts) and $25 a month on Postkey's Create plan.

Where ManyChat is a good fit
ManyChat has been around for years, has a large template library, a big community and many agencies who know it. If you run one Instagram account, never need to schedule posts, and want the tool everyone's tutorial uses, ManyChat is a safe choice.
Where Postkey is the better fit
- You want the most agentic DM automation: your AI assistant builds the automations, answers DMs and schedules posts.
- You run more than one Instagram account and do not want a separate bill for each.
- You want your posts and their DM keywords in the same place, so the automation turns on when the post goes live.
- You want the same core automations for less.

We could not find one. ManyChat's pricing page and help center list no feature for scheduling or publishing posts. Broadcasts schedule messages, not posts.
We found no official one (searched October 20, 2026). Community-built servers wrap ManyChat's API, which needs a paid ManyChat plan.
In ManyChat's words: "Each Manychat account can have only one connected account for each channel type."
There is no import from ManyChat. Paste your keywords and links into Postkey and each becomes an automation; most people are live in a few minutes.
