Disconnect an assistant
- Sign in to Postkey and open Agent & API.
- Under Connections, find the assistant or agent key and choose End. Its tokens are deleted and the next request from it is refused.
- To stop every assistant at once, switch off Agent access on the same page.
You can also remove Postkey from the connectors or apps list in the assistant itself.
Delete your data
To delete your Postkey account, or the data of a connected social account, follow the steps in Deleting your data in the privacy policy.
Report a security issue
Found a vulnerability? Email us with the subject "Security". Include the steps to reproduce it and leave us time to fix it before you share it. Please do not access other people's data or disrupt the service while testing.
