Up to 15 accounts and 10 people on Advanced

Launch day. Everyone knows their part.

Five roles, each with its own keys. Editors never see billing unless you say so, Inbox Agents never see your automations, and Viewers can look without changing a thing.

Person With an Inbox seat

Run of show

Saved replies. One voice from every seat.

Your team types / and drops in the brand’s own answer. Nobody makes up the launch details at 9:05.

  • Up to 200 saved replies on an account, shared with the team when you choose.
  • Notes stay inside the team. Mention up to 10 teammates in one.
  • Labels like Hot Leads and Partnerships, plus up to 20 of your own, from Create.

Give everyone their part, then answer as one. These are real Postkey screens.

Launch traffic. Shared out evenly.

Put your Inbox team in a group and switch on assignment. Each new chat goes to whoever has the fewest open, so nobody drowns and nobody waits.

Brands, answered

Yes. There are five roles: Owner, Admin, Editor, Inbox Agent and Viewer. Free includes 1 person, Essential includes 2 people, Create includes 3 people, Pro includes 5 people and Advanced includes 10 people. Replying in the Inbox needs an Inbox seat.

Yes. Posts your AI assistant schedules wait in Approvals by default, until someone who can publish (Owner, Admin and Editor) approves them. Your team can also save a post to Drafts for a teammate to read and schedule.

Essential 2, Create 5, Pro 10 and Advanced 15. From launch, you can add accounts at $5 a month each, up to 2 on a plan. One post can go to up to 50 accounts at once.

Automations send only the wording you set up, and the whole team answers with the same saved replies. Postkey AI, from Create, answers on Instagram from your own notes and hands the chat to a person when it should.

Owner and Admin. Anyone else only if you give them the Billing permission.

Yes. Invite them with the role they need. The account stays yours: there is one owner, and ownership moves only if the owner transfers it.
