Postkey for agencies
One plan. Many clients.
15 accounts included on Advanced, a role for everyone on your team, and links your clients use to connect their own accounts. Nobody shares a password.
10 people · 5 Inbox seats · On Advanced
Clients connect. You never hold a password.
Send a link. Your client signs in with the platform and their account joins your workspace. They don’t need a Postkey login, and they never see your other accounts.

Who holds which key

Priced by accounts, not by client.
Your plan counts connected accounts and people, not the clients behind them. No new membership each time you sign one.
Your agency
9 accounts → Pro$85 a month, whatever the number of clients.
Billed monthly; yearly costs less. Extra accounts are $5 a month each, up to 2 on Essential, Create and Pro and no cap on Advanced. Advanced includes 25,000 active contacts a month, shared across every account. Past that each one is billed, and nobody stops being answered.
Agencies, answered
No. Send them an invite link from Connections. They sign in with the platform themselves, and the account joins your workspace. A link connects one account, once. It works for 24 hours unless you pick longer, up to 7 days, and you can turn it off at any time.
Advanced includes 15 accounts, and every plan has its own number. Past that, add extra accounts at $5 a month each: up to 2 on Essential, Create and Pro, as many as you need on Advanced.
Yes. Each person signs in as themselves with a role: Admin, Editor, Inbox Agent and Viewer. There is one Owner, and ownership only moves when the owner hands it over. Advanced has room for 10 people. An invite works once and ends after 24 hours.
No. The invite link is all they need. They sign in with the platform, their account joins your workspace, and the page they land on shows none of your data. They never see your other accounts.
Owners, Admins, Editors and Inbox Agents who hold an Inbox seat. The owner always has one. Advanced includes 5. Put people in groups and a conversation assigned to a group goes to one person in it.
Yes. Make an agent key or connect ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant. A connection works across your workspace and acts as you, inside your role. It asks before it sends a reply or schedules a post, and it can never touch the team, billing or connected accounts.
Make an account group for each client, up to 50. A group is a one-click filter when you post and on Connections. Roles cover the whole workspace, so everyone on your team works across every client.
