Collect emails
Grow your list in the DMs.
Someone comments your keyword. Postkey asks for their email in the chat, checks it, and saves it on their contact. Your list grows while you sell.
On every plan, even Free
The list builds itself.
Followers can disappear overnight. A contact you can reach cannot.

Then it goes where you need it.
Your list is yours. Keep it in Postkey, take it with you, or send it on the second it arrives.
On their contact
Saved to the email field, or to any field you make, and tagged in the same automation.
In a spreadsheet
Every answer an automation collects, with when it came in, ready to download as a CSV.
Tagged and counted
Tag them in the same automation, and see the emails each one collected, all time and this week.
Asked at the right moment. In plain words.
Right after they say yes to your freebie, and never in a way that costs you the conversation.
Start from a ready-made automation
- Collect emails from comments
- Lead magnet with follow and email
- Grow your email list from DMs
See it in the app
Count them, ask for them, find them. These are real Postkey screens.
Collecting emails, answered
Turn on the opt-in and your words are sent under the question. A valid answer records the opt-in with exactly those words, the automation and the time. Without an opt-in, nothing is sent to that address.
Postkey checks the format and sends your retry message, “That doesn’t look like an email. Try again?”. You choose how many times it asks again, from 0 to 5 (2 in the ready-made automation).
They tap Skip, or simply don’t answer. You choose how long it waits; in the ready-made automation they get your link after 15 minutes either way. Nobody has to give an email to get what you promised.
Onto the person’s contact, in the email field or any field you make, and the same automation can tag them. Every answer an automation collects can be downloaded as a CSV.
Each automation shows the emails it has collected, all time and in the last 7 days. In Contacts, filter to Emails captured.
Yes. The same step can expect a phone number. It’s saved in international format, can also be saved as their WhatsApp number, and the opt-in covers texts.
On Instagram: from comments on your posts and reels, from DMs with your keyword, and from story replies.
Your plan counts contacts, the people Postkey talks to, not the emails they share. Free includes 25 new contacts a month. Paid plans include Essential 250, Create 2,500, Pro 7,500 and Advanced 25,000 a month, and extra contacts are charged rather than cut off.
