Yes. Give each client their own Postkey account and the account switcher moves you between them in one click, each with its own social accounts, plan, calendar, Inbox and automations. Nothing from one client shows up in another.
It depends on the plan that client account is on: Free 2, Essential 2, Create 5, Pro 10 and Advanced 15. One post can go to up to 50 of them at once.
No. Make an invite link for one platform and their handle. They open it with no Postkey login, sign in on the platform’s own screen, and the account joins that client’s Connections. A link works once, for 24 hours up to 7 days, and you can revoke it any time.
Yes. A post sent for approval waits in Approvals, marked Ready for approval, until you approve it, ask for changes or edit it.
Yes, inside one client account. Duplicate as… copies it so you only swap the keyword and the link, and Also run on… puts one automation on several of that client’s Instagram accounts.
