How extra use is billed
Single-account plans have no monthly cap. In InstantDM's words, "There is no monthly automation cap on the paid single-account plans." Instead they cap the pace: up to 800 automations an hour on Legend Pro and 2,000 on Trendsetter. Trendsetter Pro has no hourly limit on the pricing page, but InstantDM's API docs list 20,000 an hour for it.
Multi Starter and Multi Pro give each account a monthly allowance (30,000 and 300,000). Past it the API answers "Insufficient credits. Please upgrade or purchase top-up credits." We found no published price for top-up credits.
When a limit is hit the automation stops, and InstantDM's docs say messages are not retried automatically: you resend them in the next window.
The API, webhooks and MCP server come with Trendsetter and up, and with the free trial. Reading through the MCP server is free; sending a message or publishing a post uses 1 credit, the same as an automation.
Yearly billing: $9.99, $24.99 and $49.99 a month for the three single-account plans. Paid plans have a 7-day free trial, and InstantDM's refund policy says payments are final. Prices are in US dollars, with rupee prices on the same page; tax is not mentioned.
