An MCP server lets ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant use a tool for you. Most DM tools that have one let the assistant send DMs or post. Fewer let it build the automation itself.
The short answer

By their own docs, Postkey, Inrō and Blotato let an assistant build DM automations; the others cover sending, posts or the inbox. We found none for ManyChat and LinkDM. What an MCP server does for DMs
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is how an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Cursor connects to another tool and uses it. For DM automation the question is which jobs the assistant can do: build a comment-to-DM automation, switch it on, answer the inbox, schedule the post.

Postkey's MCP server is at https://postkey.pro/mcp, with up to 54 tools. An assistant can build comment-to-DM and keyword automations on Instagram, Messenger and X, switch them on, read and answer the inbox, manage contacts and schedule posts to 21 networks.
Switching on an automation and sending a reply wait for your yes by default. Sign in with OAuth, or give the assistant an agent key with only the permissions you choose. It works on every plan, free included, inside the plan's limits.

We looked on each company's own pages and in its docs, and did not find an MCP server for ManyChat and LinkDM. ManyChat has a public API, which a developer can call from code, but no connector an assistant can use on its own (searched October 23, 2026).
