Beyond ManyChat
Your agent builds the automation. You fine-tune it in the editor.
ManyChat makes you build every automation by hand. In Postkey your AI assistant drafts it, and you open the same draft in the visual editor to make it yours.
The short answer
In Postkey, an AI agent creates the DM automation as a draft, the same way the New automation screen does, and nothing is sent until you switch it on. You open the draft in Postkey's Quick Automation editor or Flow Builder, change what you like, and publish. It is why Postkey is the most agentic DM automation tool.

How it works
- 01
Ask your assistant: "Set up an automation: anyone who comments GUIDE under my next reel gets my guide link by DM, and only after they follow me."
- 02
It picks the right template, fills in the keyword, the link and the messages, and saves a draft in Postkey.
- 03
Open the draft in Postkey. Edit the words in the Quick Automation editor, or open the Flow Builder to add branches and steps.
- 04
Check the DM on the phone preview, then switch it on yourself, or say yes when your assistant asks to.
The agent and you, in the same automation
- The agent's draft is a normal Postkey automation: it shows up in your list, with the same editors and the same analytics.
- A live automation keeps answering with its published version while the agent or you work on the next one.
- The agent can rename any automation and change the keywords, link and messages of one made with the Quick form. Flow Builder canvases stay yours to edit.
Why ManyChat cannot do this
We found no official ManyChat MCP server (searched October 20, 2026), and ManyChat's own users are asking for an API an agent can build with.
