ManyChat pricing in 2026, explained
ManyChat moved to five fixed plans priced by Active Contacts. Here is what each costs, how contacts are counted, and why several accounts add up fast. Prices read from manychat.com on October 12, 2026.
The short answer
ManyChat's paid plans run from $17 to $199 a month on monthly billing, per ManyChat account, with a charge for each contact past the plan's limit. Each Instagram account needs its own ManyChat account and bill. The best ManyChat alternative, Postkey, holds up to 15 accounts on one plan and adds a scheduler.

How contacts are counted
ManyChat counts an Active Contact as "a real person you interact with during a monthly billing period". Past your plan's number, each extra contact is charged.
Why several accounts add up
"If you want to manage multiple accounts for the same channel type, such as two Instagram accounts, you'll need to create a separate Manychat account for each. Note that each Manychat account has its own settings and billing."
So: 4 Instagram accounts, each talking to 500 people a month, billed yearly: about $116 a month on ManyChat (4 separate ManyChat accounts) and $25 a month on Postkey's Create plan.
The Postkey side
Postkey's paid plans run from $15 to $175 a month, with up to 15 accounts on one plan sharing one contact allowance, a post scheduler included, and an MCP server for your AI assistant.
